Echinacea plant and Red Admiral butterfly
The Echinacea plant (coneflower) is in the daisy family. The Lenape indians, with their innocent immune systems, used it to cure most any illness. But it has little effect on our over strained defenses today. We can not see their gods and spirits, nor can we understand the wisdom of their stories.
