What a great way to start 2009... with an all-new website of everything I can do. (Did I mention I can walk and hop in a backbend?)
December 30th Witches In Bikinis were picked to be in the finals of MEANY Fest (meanyfest.com) beating out 250 other bands in the process. We didnt win the finals, but we WERE invited to play on Sirius Radio! Details to follow...
I have self-imposed a slow January as a month to rest up... maybe do some more painting and start preparing for spring auditions. Also at the end of this month I will start shooting as the Queen Vampire in an indie sci-fi/horror film (untitled as of yet)- How fun is that?!
I am new to Artists Unite, so I am still trying to figure it out. Meanwhile, welcome to my journal! ( I dont like the word blog... it sounds like something that gets stuck in your nose)
