after NH street

Here's a rocky, fleeting picture I've been working on summer of 2010. Oil stick on canvas mounted on board. Reminds me of going back into the studio for one more take and then another and another. It's painting with waxy pure pigment, it's really hot (the AC is on). But the best version, so far, wound up on facebook. I love that one. Wish I could get back to it.
