Event Description
Artists Unite Celebrate the Artists Unite-MTA Poster Project, over a decade long community effort, bringing the art of Washington Heights/Inwood artists into our subway elevators and into our daily lives.
Three day event featuring 40 posters, a group show, a video of the projects history. slide show of over several hundred slides of art work submitted to the poster contest, raffle of posters, artwork and lots of fun, food, and opportunity to further the arts community and community participation in the arts.
Opening Reception: Saturday, June 3, 5-9:30 PM
