Hello Everyone, listed below is an art opening-TODAY-at Boricua College...not much notice, however I have, after many decades found that last minute often works as well as the appropriate "due notice". I have one piece in this exhibit (see image below). I submitted two, and interestingly enough, although both were accepted, one was "censored" by the college. I am posting the one accepted. Censorship is a form of secrecy by the powers that be.

Permitted to destroy,
On a street corner,
In front of a home,
In a movie theater,
In a school.

“Bluey,” Inwood Icon, Laid to Rest at Age 31
“Bluey,” a 1982 Honda Civic, will be laid to rest on July 31, 2012, following a ceremony in upper Manhattan, NY. Bluey—so named by the young son of Mr. Ettling’s downstairs neighbors—was lovingly owned and driven for 30 years by Harry Ettling, a jazz musician and long-time Inwood resident.
‘Born’ in the fall of 1981, Bluey was purchased new by Mr. Ettling’s girlfriend at the time, Ms. Lucy Smith, originally of…Continue

There will be a Closing Party, Tuesday, July 31, 7-9 PM featuring The…Continue
