Wow. Great advice. Very simple and true. I myself have not tried the eye ball poking, but I get the point. And now I know a little bit about Eva Hesse as well. Thanks for sharing

This is an interesting example of something I thought we might include in the next projection show. There's a bit of rebellion about the sponsoring SKy TV station in the comments as you dig into the post you have up.

Autistic Savant Artist Stephen Wiltshire

If you thought that Al Franken drawing the map of the United States from memory was incredible--you will be blown away by this chap, and his artwork. Fully formed 3-dimensional renderings of cities drawn from memory.
Watch this video clip and be astounded.

LIVE CAMERA in TRALF SQUARE link

This is fun...every hour for 100 days (through October 14th) a different person steps up to the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Sq. London and does whatever they want.

Watch the action from the top of the 4th Plinth, live: right now there is a girl up there doing nothing....reading and scratching herself, and being a part of this "collaboration".

Pod Casts for Emergent Artists

Podcasts are my new thing, now that I’ve cancelled my cable tv. Each features a short interview with various gallery and museum curators, that asks the question “What Do Curators Want?” Interestingly, a large number of them feel that the artist statement isn't that vital, but is sometimes used as a tool for dee… Continue

The 'box' work looks fantastic! I'm embarrassed that I wasn't able to make it. June has become a challenge with everyone trying to do things during the arts stroll. I hope one year things are more spread out so we have time to see each others' work more--that or putting more shows in the same room.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for the comment. The prints are all monoprints done with a paper litho technique (inking up a laser print using gum arabic).
