Earl Hall, Columbia University

Pencil. This is one of the entrances to Columbia University, in New York City, right across the street from Barnard, at around 117th St and Broadway. The sketch was done in the early evening, and you can see some of the lights coming on in the building. Earl Hall is home to the many different religious organizations that students belong to, as well as many community projects, a chapel, and a basement where folk dancing classes and parties are held.
